Jean-Baptiste Alliot is an external consultant and researcher at KEA. His research focuses on the analysis and assessment of sport policies at European and national levels. He is also contributing to the preparation and management of European projects in the sport sector. He has been working on the study commissioned by the European Commission in relation to the legal and economic aspects of the transfers of players within the EU. He was also involved in a match-fixing study. He is also involved as correspondent and consultant for the first European think-tank in sport “Sport & Citizenship”.

Jean-Baptiste previously worked overseas in a think-tank (Australia), lobby (USA) and NGO (India) as project manager and researcher. He holds a MA from Sciences Po Toulouse (FR) in Public Policy and obtained a Master II in Consulting, Expertise and Public Action from Sciences Po Toulouse (FR); in collaboration with the Higher School of Economics (Moscow, RU) and the University of Sofia (BU).
