Narek Sahakyan is a researcher at the Wisconsin Center for Education Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received his MS degree in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison for his research in the field of economic corruption. He has over 10 years of academic and professional experience on international development, trade, competition policy, and tax/fiscal policy reform, among other fields. A lifelong soccer fan, Narek is a proud supporter of FC Barcelona, and has once worn the blaugrana in a friendly match against Landon Donovan.
